Liddell and Couture Meet in Rubber Match With each competitor having won one of their previous fights, Chuck Liddell and Randy Couture meet for a third time at UFC 57 in Las Vegas. Liddell takes the rubber match of the trilogy, knocking Liddell out in the second round. Mark Breland Recovers World Title In an attempt to win the WBA Welterweight Title for the second time in his career, Mark Breland takes on Korean Seung-Soon Lee at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Breland fires right out of the gate, knocking Lee down and out in the first round. Breland defends the title four times before being knocked out in the ninth round by Aaron Davis in July of 1990.
