A. Our Returns Policy
You may return most items sold by CSI Sports within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, subject to following the return policy. The items must be sealed in their original packaging.   Any tampering or damage will void this return policy.  If returning an episode received from our monthly continuation program, the monthly shipments will continue to be sent to you and charged until CSI Sports receives notification of termination from you as described below in paragraph C.  Returns of a purchase of the entire collection are subject to the same policy.  Please send all returns to:

Please include your order number, name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return in a letter accompanying the returned item.

B. Changed Terms
CSI Sports shall have the right at any time to impose, change or modify its fees and billing methods, or other terms and conditions applicable to your participation in the Monthly Continuation Program or to impose new terms and conditions.  Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the CSI Sports sites a revised version of this agreement or notification by electronic or conventional mail.  If any such change is not acceptable to you, you may terminate your subscription to the monthly programs as indicated below in paragraph C.  Any acceptance of a product from our monthly continuation program by you after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions.  You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions.  You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third party content providers in connection with third party content, software or services.

C. Cancellation Policy
Either you or CSI Sports may terminate this agreement at any time.  Cancellations are accepted at any point during the continuation program (i.e. monthly delivery of DVD titles).  All cancellations must be received 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment.  If you fail to cancel before this time, you will be shipped and billed for that month’s episode.  All subsequent shipments will be terminated from that point forward, or until a new order has been placed.  Cancellation of this agreement may be performed by sending written notice to:

D. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability of products and acceptance of orders by CSI Sports.  CSI Sports reserves the right to reject any orders and to limit quantities.  CSI Sports does not warrant that product descriptions, prices or other content on CSI Sports sites is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.  CSI Sports has no obligation to honor incorrect pricing or other information, whether resulting from typographical errors or otherwise.  If a product offered on a CSI Sports site is not as described, the sole remedy is to return it as described in paragraph A.

Please allow 3 business days for all rush deliveries.  For regular shipment, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
